POLISHED GLASS ADDRESS PLAQUE ORDER FORM

Polished glass signs are made from 6mm glass with polished edges. The signs have a 6mm hole at each end used for fixing the sign. The graphics are laminated with two layers of long life high quality cast vinyl & mylar polyester which are heat sealed onto the glass. Glass signs are suitable for exposed areas eg. under eaves, front fences.

Signs are supplied with all fixings required for installation.
