Our Warranty

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We are happy to replace, repair or refund the purchase price of your sign if you are not completely satisfied with our workmanship.

Signs will be produced as ordered. Spelling and punctuation is your responsibility. We will not refund or replace a sign because of poor selection. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Timber and Glass plaques

Our timber frames are made from long life hardwood timber which is stained and then clear finished. The design and lettering are laminated on to the back of 3mm glass. The reflective gold or silver material used on our signs will not tarnish.

These signs are ideal for semi exposed areas such as verandahs. Glass signs with aluminium frames (black or gold) can be used in exposed areas as the aluminium is anodised and weather resistant.
